By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the 19ph website located at https://19ph.asia (the "Platform"), you ("Member," "you," or "your") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and all other policies incorporated herein by reference (collectively, the "Agreement").

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. 19ph reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all services offered by 19ph, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, bingo, card games, and all other entertainment products accessible through the Platform.

As used throughout these Terms, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below:

To open and maintain an account on 19ph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate registrations, nominee accounts, and accounts operated on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee or director of 19ph or any associated company.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from 19ph under any prior account or self-exclusion arrangement.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• You must complete and pass the 19ph KYC verification process before any withdrawal can be processed.

19ph reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend account access pending verification at any time, at its sole and reasonable discretion. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.

Each Member is solely responsible for maintaining the security of their 19ph account credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any other person.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Only one (1) account per natural person is permitted. Discovery of multiple accounts will result in immediate suspension of all accounts.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, unless you have notified 19ph of a suspected security breach prior to the relevant activity occurring.
• You will notify 19ph support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accounts are non-transferable. The sale, transfer, or assignment of any account or account balance is strictly prohibited.
• You will keep your contact information, including email address and mobile number, current and accurate at all times.

19ph may suspend account access if it reasonably suspects the account is being used fraudulently, that security has been compromised, or for compliance purposes. In such cases, 19ph will contact the Member at the registered email or mobile number to resolve the issue.

19ph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT (via TRC-20 or ERC-20 network, as specified on the Platform). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit.

By making a deposit, you represent and warrant that:

• All funds deposited are from a legitimate source and are not proceeds of any illegal activity.
• The payment method used is registered in your own name and has been properly verified through KYC.
• You are not depositing funds on behalf of any third party.

Deposits are credited to your 19ph Wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. GCash and Maya deposits are typically instant. Bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes depending on the originating institution. 19ph does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment methods registered in the Member's verified name and approved during KYC. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. 19ph does not charge a withdrawal fee; however, network fees may apply to USDT withdrawals.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows (from the time of request approval):

• GCash: 5–15 minutes for verified accounts.
• Maya: 10–20 minutes for verified accounts.
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank: Same business day for verified accounts in good standing.
• USDT: 15–45 minutes subject to network confirmation.

19ph reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, including for compliance, fraud prevention, or AML purposes. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to the Wallet.

Only Real Money funds (excluding unreleased Bonus Funds) are eligible for withdrawal. Winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established.

19ph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members from time to time. Each promotion is governed by specific terms disclosed at the time of the offer, which supplement these Terms. In the event of any inconsistency between specific promotion terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 19ph promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Members only and may be subject to geographic, account status, or payment method restrictions.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled in full before any portion of Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific offer expressly provides otherwise.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the period stated in the specific offer terms.
• 19ph reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, modify its terms, or alter wagering requirements prior to completion in circumstances of suspected abuse.

Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to exploiting wagering requirement completion with minimal variance bets, using multiple accounts, or collusion — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 19ph may void bonuses, reverse bonus-derived winnings, and suspend accounts where abuse is detected.

All games available on 19ph operate according to published game rules accessible within each game interface. By placing any wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

19ph uses independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for all virtual games. Certification is conducted by recognized third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical outcomes in studio settings under controlled conditions.

Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each slot game are disclosed within the game's information section. RTP is a theoretical long-term statistical measure and does not guarantee individual session outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game round:

• 19ph will make reasonable efforts to restore the game to its state prior to the error.
• If restoration is not possible, stakes for the affected round may be refunded to the Member's Wallet at 19ph's discretion.
• Any payouts resulting from a clear software error or malfunction are void. 19ph is not liable for losses or missed winnings arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, potentially resulting in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering or operating more than one (1) account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Using the Platform for or in connection with any fraudulent, unlawful, or improper activity.
• Depositing funds derived from any criminal or unlawful activity, including proceeds of money laundering or financing of terrorism.
• Using automated software, bots, AI-assisted tools, or any mechanical or electronic device to exploit, manipulate, or circumvent any game or system on the Platform.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform — any such exploitation must be reported immediately to 19ph support.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Platform's performance or availability.
• Attempting to circumvent any geo-blocking, identity verification, or self-exclusion measures implemented by 19ph.
• Allowing any third party to use your account or playing on behalf of any other person.

All content on the 19ph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, game engines, source code, user interface elements, and audio-visual materials ("Content"), is the exclusive intellectual property of 19ph or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of any Content.
• Distribute, transmit, publish, or publicly display any Content without prior written consent from 19ph.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, trademarks, or copyright labels from any Content.

The 19ph name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the registered or unregistered property of 19ph. Unauthorized use of any 19ph trademark is strictly prohibited.

19ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at https://19ph.asia/privacy-policy, and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

By registering on 19ph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and regulatory reporting obligations.

19ph implements technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, consistent with industry standards for online gaming platforms.

19ph is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Members. Online gaming should be an enjoyable entertainment activity, not a source of financial hardship or personal distress. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 19ph Members at no cost through the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that are applied immediately and can only be increased after a minimum cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts notifying you of time elapsed during a gaming session.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds over defined time periods.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary exclusion for periods ranging from one (1) week to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion is enforced across all game categories on 19ph and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: On-screen pop-up notifications during extended sessions summarizing session duration and net win/loss position.

19ph reserves the right to impose mandatory cooling-off periods, deposit restrictions, or account suspension without the Member's request where it identifies patterns of play consistent with problem gambling, as part of its duty of care obligations under applicable regulations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 19ph, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of profits, gaming winnings, data, or business opportunity, even if 19ph has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or transmissions, where such access results from your own failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or downtime affecting access to the Platform, except where such downtime results from 19ph's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

In no event shall 19ph's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by you to the Platform in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms operates to exclude or limit 19ph's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

19ph may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9.
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Regulatory requirement or direction from PAGCOR or any competent authority.
• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same individual.
• Non-use of account for an extended period, subject to prior notice where practicable.

Upon termination for cause, any remaining Real Money balance may be withheld pending investigation. If investigation confirms no breach, the balance will be returned to the Member via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account termination.

Members who wish to close their own account may do so by contacting 19ph support at [email protected]. Real Money balances will be returned subject to identity verification and standard withdrawal processing procedures.

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of 19ph or these Terms, you must first contact the 19ph Customer Support team at [email protected] and provide full details of your complaint. 19ph will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and endeavour to resolve it within fourteen (14) calendar days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal support process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published dispute resolution procedures.

All disputes, claims, and controversies arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines, without prejudice to any regulatory resolution process available under PAGCOR regulations.

19ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — affecting member rights, payment terms, or game eligibility — 19ph will provide at least seven (7) calendar days' advance notice to Members via email to their registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Non-material amendments (such as clarifications of existing provisions, typographical corrections, or updates to contact information) may be made without advance notice and take effect upon publication.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and notify 19ph to initiate account closure.

These Terms and the entire Agreement between you and 19ph are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to:

• Republic Act No. 9487 — The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation Charter (as amended).
• Republic Act No. 10173 — The Data Privacy Act of 2012.
• Republic Act No. 9160 — The Anti-Money Laundering Act (as amended by Republic Act No. 10365).
• All applicable PAGCOR regulations and circulars in force from time to time.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.
